Willie Davis Jr., President, Marketing Manager, and Project Coordinator, ensures services to customers are excellent.  He has 22 years of entrepreneurial experience including Quality Control Management, Activity Hazard Analysis, Accident Prevention Planning, Budget Planning, and Customer Relations.

Office Manager

Vienna Priest possesses over 30 years of office manager experience.  She is a dedicated professional who assists the company president with the day-to-day operations.  Vienna is responsible for open communication among the owner, staff, and customers.  Vienna oversees all documentation regarding submittals and other project-specific written communications.  She is responsible for electronic reporting such as: Heron/Roadrunner, LCP Tracker/B2Gnow for the City of Portland, Elations System for TriMet, RMS for the Army Corps of Engineers.

Estimators

Terrin Davis/Willie Davis provide estimating services for Just Bucket Excavating, utilizing quality methods and materials to save the customer money while allowing the company to earn a profit.  Using resources of bidding (Heavy Bid) and Willie’s knowledge of construction allows JBE to present specific project data and cost information to its customers.

Kellen McMullen   Kellen is responsible for supporting the Project Manager with the  coordination of workers and subcontractors, compliance with safety requirements, and adherence to contract specifications.  She possesses the following skills:  information analysis, strategic planning, effective verbal communication, attention to detail, thoroughness, and understanding of complex concepts.

Street Improvement and Underground Utilities Supervisor

Brian Priest is responsible for the coordination of workers and subcontractors, compliance with safety requirements, and adherence to contract specifications.  He was the quality control manager on many projects for JBE.  Brian updates his job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality management, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. He possesses the following management skills: production improvement, information analysis, strategic planning, effective verbal communication, promotion of excellence, attention to detail, thoroughness, and understanding of complex concepts.  He worked in many aspects of heavy construction including road construction and decommissioning, grading, paving, concrete work, and installation of sewer, water, and storm drain utilities.  His experience in the construction field spans over 13 years.

Water Quality and Paving Supervisor

Justin Beard is responsible for coordination of multiple crews and subcontractors, compliance with safety requirements, and adherence to contract specifications.  Justin has worked in nearly all aspects of heavy highway construction including demolition, grading, concrete work, and installation of water, sewer, and storm drain utilities.  He possesses the following management skills: production improvement, information analysis, strategic planning, effective verbal communication, promotion of excellence, attention to detail, thoroughness, and understanding of complex concepts. He was the quality control manager on many projects for JBE.  Justin updates his job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality management, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. He has 15 years of construction experience.

FOREMAN:

JBE has 3 Foreman who have management responsibilities involve directing personnel to do their jobs in order to complete the project and may include training.

Employee Training and Certifications

All employees are trained in excavation, fall protection, shoring, and confined space training with
annual refresher courses. Core employees are certified in first aid and CPR and many also complete
the 30-hour OSHA training.
